For years, Nigerians living abroad have supported their homeland through remittances, family investments and property purchases, but growing interest in building businesses, financing startups and investing in Africa is opening another chapter in their relationship with the continent. Hosted by MaC Venture Capital in partnership with Amplify Africa during Diaspora Week Lagos, the invitation-only gathering took place at KNOWHERE Lagos, an upscale restaurant in Victoria Island, bringing international investors face to face.
