The CBI has extradited Sourabh Chandrakar, alleged mastermind of the Mahadev Online Book betting syndicate, from Oman to India. Arrested in July over an alleged forged passport, Chandrakar faces two CBI cases and an ED money laundering investigation. He will be produced before a Raipur court. Investigators allege the syndicate operated through betting panels, mule accounts and hawala networks.
