Lodha Developers posted strong housing sales and profit growth while expanding in Bengaluru and Delhi-NCR and monitoring economic and AI risks. Lodha Developers reports a 10% rise in Q2 pre-sales to ₹5,037 Cr and 28% net profit growth, driven by robust housing demand. The company's revenue from operations also increased by 17.6 per cent in Q2FY27 to Rs 4,468 crore, compared with Rs 3,798 crore in the corresponding quarter last.
