Vijayapura: Sugarcane farmers staged a protest at Hittinahalli toll gate on Saturday as part of the statewide Karnataka bandh called by farmers'. The bandh, organised by the Karnataka Rajya Raitha Sangha and Hasiru Sene over the sugarcane pricing dispute, saw protesters gather at the toll gate, where police intervened to control the situation.
