Rahul Gandhi has called for a march to Delhi's Ramlila Maidan for an INDIA bloc rally. Delhi Police report that no permission was granted for the route, as security remains tight with Section 163. Delhi Police plan a deployment of around 3,500 personnel, CCTV surveillance and 14 security zones for the Opposition rally, with traffic restrictions scheduled from 10 am to 5 pm.
