Srinagar: Lok Sabha member and dissident ruling National Conference leader, Aga Syed Ruhullah Mehdi, on Friday issued a public invitation for a November 3 event in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, when he is likely to announce his resignation from both the NC and the Lok Sabha. Posters have appeared in many places seeking the presence of people at the event. A major political announcement is expected from the Srinagar MP.
