Shortly after he missed practice on Friday, Vancouver Canucks forward Filip Chytil was put on injured-reserve, the team announced this afternoon. In a corresponding move, Vancouver has also called forward Jacob Quillan up from the AHL. During Vancouver’s practice on Friday, a Canucks spokesperson confirmed that Chytil was being re-evaluated for an upper-body injury sustained during the 2026 pre-season.
