Srinagar, Oct 30: Commissioner Secretary, Housing and Urban Development Department (H&UDD), Mandeep Kaur, accompanied by Commissioner, Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC), Dr. Basharat Qayoom, today inspected the Animal Birth Control (ABC) Facility at Tengpora to take stock of its functioning, infrastructure and arrangements for animal care.
