Mumbai police arrested two individuals in Andheri East with 1.896 kg of high-grade hydroponic cannabis valued at Rs 66.36 lakh. The arrests followed a tip-off, leading to a trap near an industrial estate. The accused, from Satara district, have been booked under the NDPS Act, and an investigation into their supply network is ongoing.
