The BJP is planning a day-long Sikh conclave in Chandigarh on November 4, focusing on the 1984 anti-Sikh riots, the same day Rahul Gandhi is scheduled to visit Punjab. Families of victims, lawyers and activists are expected to share their experiences and discuss the long struggle for justice. Senior BJP leaders and Punjab party representatives will participate.
