Israel's election leaves the country facing weeks of coalition bargaining and an uphill battle for the opposition party to form a majority government. The ruling coalition has 53 seats, and Eisenkot's alliance 48. Arab parties, which include the Joint List and Ra’am, currently hold 19 seats in the 120-member Knesset. Arab-led parties, far-right and ultra-Orthodox parties could swing the outcome. If no one reaches 61 seats, Israel could face another election.
