Navi Mumbai’s 3.73-km Formula 4 racing track on Palm Beach Road is complete, with 90% of related infrastructure finished ahead of the December 4–6 event. The project cost has risen from Rs 31.93 crore to Rs 39.83 crore, pending NMMC standing committee approval. Organisers RPPL will fund temporary race facilities, while NMMC will receive 25% of ticket and advertising revenue.
