The Johannesburg Crisis Alliance has urged mayoral candidates to prioritise residents and service delivery ahead of local elections. The Johannesburg Crisis Alliance (JCA) has handed over its Residents' Call to Save Joburg to mayoral candidates ahead of next week's local government elections. The handover took place at a breakfast meeting at Killarney Country Club on Thursday. Mayoral candidates from several political parties, as well as independent candidates, attended the event.
