Construction of the 47-km Tihi-Dhar railway section under the Indore-Dahod project is nearing completion. Senior railway officials inspected tracks, bridges, stations and electrification infrastructure ahead of a proposed safety inspection. The Tihi tunnel is complete, while signalling and electrification work on the Pithampur-Dhar section has crossed 96%, officials said Tuesday.
