The Supreme Court will hear matters on Thursday related to rising Delhi-NCR pollution, stubble burning and the sale of green firecrackers ahead of Diwali. While a complete ban on the manufacture, storage and use of firecrackers remains in force, the court had earlier allowed the production of green crackers without permitting their sale.
