The Pune Rural police on Tuesday arrested a 27-year-old man who was on the run after allegedly hacking his 83-year-old neighbour and the latter’s wife to death following a dispute over cattle grazing. A 27-year-old man allegedly hacked an elderly couple to death at Panvadi village in Purandar taluka, about 40km from Pune, on Sunday evening.
