The Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (HERC) on Wednesday decided not to proceed with allowing a private company to parallelly distribute power in Gurgaon and Nuh, acting on written directions from the CM Nayab Singh Saini-led govt barring the creation or operationalisation of such licences anywhere in the state.
