JSW Energy’s total income rose to Rs 6,657.71 crore in the September quarter. Its board approved raising up to Rs 5,000 crore through non-convertible debentures. The company also signed a joint venture agreement for Bhutan’s 920 MW Punatsangchhu-III hydropower project and acquired a 300 MW thermal plant in Chhattisgarh.
