More greenery will be retained at Maju Forest and Gillman Barracks following public feedback on housing development plans. Authorities will now preserve 45 per cent of Maju Forest and 60 per cent of the Gillman Barracks site, while reducing the number of planned homes by around 1,200 to 11,000. The revised plans also include new nature parks and green corridors to support biodiversity.
