Cyclone Arnab has slowed down significantly near the Andhra Pradesh coast, prolonging its landfall process. The system, which was initially moving at 18-20 kmph, has reportedly slowed to around 3 kmph. Meanwhile, Odisha is bracing for heavy rainfall over the next 24 hours as the cyclone is expected to move into the state after crossing the Andhra Pradesh coast.
