Presiding over the closing ceremony of the International Kullu Dussehra, Sukhu also announced an honorarium of ₹1,100 for the chief gur (spokesperson) of each. Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has announced a 5% honorarium increase for deities and 10% for musicians during the International Kullu Dussehra, alongside significant infrastructure.
