The man who was killed, identified as 27-year-old Oscar Isaya-Corrales, was born in Venezuela and was wanted on a warrant in a shoplifting case, according to court records. The FBI said the agent saw Isaya-Corrales "discharging a firearm into a group of innocent people" when he intervened Monday.
