MANILA, Philippines — The Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) recognized Philippine publicly listed companies and insurance companies for their corporate governance practices at the Golden Arrow Awards, highlighting efforts to strengthen board accountability, transparency and investor confidence. The ICD serves as the Philippines’ designated Domestic Ranking Body, appointed by regulators to assess and grade publicly listed companies and insurance companies.
