Orissa High Court Bar Association on Tuesday urged the high court not to pass adverse orders against litigants whose lawyers may be unable to attend proceedings on Oct 27 and 28 due to forecast heavy rainfall associated with the cyclonic storm. CUTTACK: Lawyers of the Orissa High Court and lower courts in Cuttack on Thursday stayed away from proceedings, citing inconvenience and safety concerns arising out of the Odisha bandh call given.
