NDTV visited the residence of hotel owner Helena Bharali in Guwahati, where four members of her family were among those killed in a deadly shooting at Hotel Bilas Inn. Neighbours recalled the family as kind and well-liked, as grief gripped the area. Five people were killed and one critically injured after a dispute between the hotel owner and the leaseholder allegedly led to the shooting in the Bora Service area.
