Cyclone Arnab is expected to make landfall on the Andhra Pradesh coast between Bapatla and Visakhapatnam on October 28, with wind speeds reaching 150 kmph in gusts. The IMD has issued heavy rain alerts for several districts of West Bengal from October 28 to 30, including parts of south Bengal and the sub-Himalayan region. Darjeeling is also under a possible landslide warning.
