Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has written to Leader of Opposition (LoP) Naveen Patnaik regarding the long-standing boundary dispute over the Kotia group of villages in Koraput district, seeking constructive suggestions from the BJD supremo to resolve the issue. In his letter dated October 27, 2026, Majhi acknowledged receiving Patnaik’s letter of October 19 on the dispute. He reiterated that the state government remains committed to protecting Odisha’s territorial integrity.
