Srinagar, Oct 27: The cabinet reshuffle in Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah-led government was completed on Monday, with four legislators inducted as ministers during a ceremony at Lok Bhavan Auditorium in Srinagar. Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha administered the oath of office and secrecy to the newly inducted ministers.
