ABC7 Los Angeles. There are new eyes across L.A. The city's first automated speed-enforcement cameras are targeting drivers going at least 11 mph over the limit. During the initial 60-day period starting Oct. 26, speeding drivers will only receive warnings by mail and the monetary fine will only kick in after the grace period ends.
