Odisha police have finalised the organisational structure, operational framework and staffing pattern for the newly constituted state cyber crime coordination centre (S4C), notified on Aug 10, as part of a major push to strengthen the state’s cybercrime response and investigation capabilities. Odisha cyber command centre will add 64 specialists and 60 helpline agents for digital forensics, fraud complaints and statewide investigations.
