Iran's security chief said Monday he held "very good discussions" with the three member countries of the Mecca defence pact, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Pakistan, after their first meeting in capital Tehran. Officials from Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Pakistan flew to Iran to de-escalate the current crisis in an attempt to stop the Middle East war from reigniting.
