A fresh FIR has been registered against actress Urmila Sanawar in Dehradun for allegedly circulating objectionable and defamatory videos against newly-appointed Sikkim governor Dushyant Kumar Gautam, BJP national general secretary (organisation) BL Santosh and others in connection with the 2022 Rishikesh resort murder case, police said Monday.
