Chennai Super Kings have confirmed that batting coach Michael Hussey has left the franchise ahead of the IPL 2027 auction after serving for eight years. CSK managing director Kasi Viswanathan said the appointment was discussed and agreed on by the franchise's leadership group and confirmed that Zaheer's remit covers the IPL only.
