The scheme aims to grant ownership rights to more than four million residents living in 1,511 unauthorised colonies across the national capital. Delhi government has set October 31, 2026, as the deadline for property owners in unauthorized colonies to apply for conveyance deeds and authorization slips under the PM-UDAY Scheme.
