IndiGo and Air India shift flights to Navi Mumbai's NMIA to free Mumbai's Terminal 1 for redevelopment and support a dual-airport system. IndiGo will shift 12 daily international departures from Mumbai’s CSMIA to Navi Mumbai Airport from February 2027, expanding NMIA’s international network and easing CSMIA capacity.
