Boat services in Chilika Lake will remain suspended from October 26 to 29 as a precautionary measure in view of the possible cyclone. The Puri district administration has imposed restrictions on movement across the lake to prevent untoward incidents during adverse weather conditions. According to reports, the suspension covers all services, including passenger ferries and tourist boats.
